Eleven Indicted After Hocking County Grand Jury Session
Eleven persons were indicted by the Hocking County grand jury after a two day session. Indicted individuals include Neil Graf of Logan Route 1 charged with receiving stolen property six transistor radios from the Logan Cussins & Fearn Co store on July 3. Graf pleaded innocent and is free on a $1,500 bond. Don W. Windle of Lancaster charged with second degree manslaughter in the May 16 Logan Rt. 33N traffic death of James Smith. Windle pleaded innocent.

More than 100 people packed the county common pleas court for a hearing on relocating U. S. 33 near Logan.
