Ralph McBride Dies After Heart Attack at Plant
Ralph Henry McBride 45 of Logan Rt. 2 died at 9 a.m. after suffering a heart attack at the Carborundum Co. plant where he had reported for work. He collapsed in the first aid room after arriving about 7:45. Native of Athens County, son of George and Mary McBride, he lived near Enterprise 17 years and worked at Clark Grove Vault Co. in Columbus before joining Carborundum two months ago. Survivors include wife Lena four sons Ralph A. McBride Charles R. Alva and one at home four daughters Mary Culp Betty Lona Marie Ada Jo and others at home three half-sisters and two half-brothers. Funeral arrangements by Heinlein Funeral Home pending word from son in Germany.
