The 37th Infantry Division based in Columbus will convert to the ROAD model Reorganized Objective Army Division as part of a nationwide guard modernization. The plan adds three brigade hubs eight infantry battalions two tank battalions and expanded aviation with 103 helicopters and airplanes while modernizing rocket and anti tank capabilities.
