Seven of Northwest crash victims identified in Bozeman
Identifications of seven of the ten victims proceeded at a Bozeman mortuary with rings belts and clothing used to confirm bodies. Coroner noted chevrons on the sleeves of Pilot Nick Mamer and co pilot F W West indicated their identities. Bodies were transported from the crash site four miles by bobsled to a truck arriving in Bozeman. Changes plea in non support case
Indicted by the January grand jury for non support Frank Pieter cuwski of Berea changed his plea to guilty before Judge Phil A Henderson. A jury slated to try him today had been notified not to appear. Henderson ordered cuwski to pay six dollars weekly for the support of three minor children living at Greendale. He was placed under 500 dollar bond to insure payment. Trial of Clifford Mason Logan Route 4 on an indictment for non support is scheduled for tomorrow. Mason has already been found guilty on a paternity charge filed by Myrtle Guess and has been ordered to pay her 185 dollars as expenses of pregnancy.
