Arrests for Cigaret Bootlegging in Columbus Court
Clarence William Harble, 43, of 33203 Kellar Road, was arrested Friday afternoon by an Ohio Department of Taxation investigator on a cigarette bootlegging charge. He allegedly had untaxed cigarets brought into the state from Ki. He will be tried in a Columbus court.
