David Woodrum a 27 year old from Nelsonville pleaded guilty to four bad check charges on November 26. Judge Harley Meyer sentenced him to a suspended 15 year term in Ohio Penitentiary and placed him on three years probation after Woodrum changed his plea from not guilty.
