Four Indicted in Ballbat Slaying in Columbus
Four residents of Columbus, Percy Craft 31 his wife Dorothy 26 Dorothy M. Rhoades 22 and Sanford L. Hogans 29 were indicted by a grand jury for first degree murder in the ball bat killing of 28 year old Charles Chenault. Chenault's body was found November 18 in a stone quarry near Columbus. deputies said he was robbed of 25 dollars and beaten with a baseball bat while in an automobile.

Elderly Man Dies in Coonville Shack Fire and Exposure
