No Settlement In Sight Today At F B Plant

Twenty two F B employees walked out last Tuesday seeking recognition of District 50 United Mine Workers as their bargaining agent. B and O Passenger Train Derailed in Suburban Ohio
Fifteen people were injured when seven of nine Baltimore and Ohio passenger cars derailed in Perrysburg Ohio. The diner car tilted at a 45 degree angle and rescuers opened it to evacuate passengers. Two other cars also tilted but none overturned.
