Kappler to Stay in Lueneburg Area

Escapee McCoy Captured in New Orleans on County Warrant

Orville McCoy, 31, of Logan, was arrested by New Orleans police on Hocking County warrant for the Aug. 8 jail escape. Extradition will be pursued by Sheriff Hap Thrush who will retrieve him. Remaining fugitives are William Price, 22, of Lancaster, and Charles Albert Globe Jr., 18, of Columbus.
