Missing man's body found in partially built basement
William Noble, 46, who vanished last Tuesday, was found Saturday at 8 A M in a New Straitsville basement three quarters full of water. James Ross located the body during a townwide search led by Noble's brother-in-law John Stone. Noble lived alone, was unmarried, and leaves three sisters and a brother. Funeral services were planned in New Straitsville.

Reverend William Harble Dies After Long Illness
Rev. William H. Harble, a veteran pastor of rural Methodist churches in Hocking and Perry counties, died at 8 10 Sunday morning in White Cross Hospital Columbus at age 69 after typhoid fever and complications. He had entered the hospital July 17 and received a blood transfusion. He served pastorates in Croton Roseville Carroll Derby Darbyville New Holland Summit Station and New Straitsville and had recently led six rural churches including Maxville Webb's Chapel South Perry and Mount Tabor in absence of a regular minister.
