Logan school board accepted seven resignations and hired two new instructors plus summer swimming pool staff. New hires include fourth grade teacher Mrs. Jean Ann Brown and first grade instructor Miss Elaine Graham. The board also rehired three principals and reassigned others for 1963 64. Pool staff hires cover lifeguards locker attendants and a ticket seller with season ticket prices kept from last year. Memorial Day to Labor Day pool hours approved. A bid from Tschudy's Painting Co. covers pool sandblasting two coats of paint and bathhouse repaint. The resignation of board clerk George Blosser was accepted.

The driver Maynard Keaton 43 Circleville was not charged pending further investigation. Lane a semi retired farmer had lived in the county 27 years and is survived by a wife a son and three daughters plus seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
