Two Men and Woman Shot by 43 Year Old Suspect
In Cleveland on April 22 a 43 year old man, identified as William Peters, killed Hans Getslaff Mitchell Paser and Lily Traylor with a revolver inside a Shaker Heights apartment and near the building. Peters fled in an 80 mile an hour chase ending at a gas station lot and was captured. Police say the shootings stemmed from Peters’ anger over his wife’s discharge from her elevator operator job. Witnesses described Peters saying he aimed to kill the “big shots” and that he intended to kill more before being stopped by a building custodian and others. Peters surrendered after a chase and confrontation.

Coal Commission Moves Toward New Price Scheme
