Robert I. Lambert, 40, Wells ton, received an indeterminate sentence in the Ohio Penitentiary for armed robbery at the Wayside Inn near Buchtel. Co-defendant Edgar William Perkins, 38, Jackson Rt. 1, held on $5,000 bond awaiting grand jury action. Deputy Sheriff William Woodgeard was killed in the manhunt after a state patrol chase ending near Murray City. The robbery yielded $15.05 and a bottle of whiskey.
