The Weather Bureau reports cold northerly winds from Hudson Bay keeping Ohio cold with snow flurries in northeast counties. A frost in the Hocking Valley dropped to 22 degrees while Tuesday reached 57 and today at 11 45 a m logged 45. Fair and warmer weather expected Thursday as high pressure extends from central Canada across the Great Lakes into Ohio, holding shower clouds well south and southwest for 24 to 48 hours.
