Delegates from 230 colleges and learned societies head to Austin for Homer P. Rainey’s inauguration as president of the Unity of Texas. The program includes a keynote by Dr. Rainey, installation by Major J. B. Parten, and remarks by Chester H. Rowell with invocations and benediction by Dr. George W. Trett and Dr. S. Clye.
