Ex Ranger Sid Kelso and James B. Miller were charged in Justice of the Peace Joe N. May's court with robbery with firearms tied to an alleged Liberty Hill night watchman hold up and burglaries of five Liberty Hall businesses on November 10. Kelso arrested in Austin, Miller earlier. bond set at 2500 each after a Saturday examining trial.
