No Boy Scouts Enjoyed Hiking Trip at Falls Creek
A 10 Troop Boy Scout outing to Falls Creek last Friday evening saw the group camp near the falls with two tents and a central fire. The scouts planned a cleanup drive, discussed moving meetings to the Community hall, and several boys worked on their Second Class tests including first aid, signaling, and fire building. Nine scouts, led by Scout Master Jenkens, reported a very enjoyable time despite some rough sleep with late night fishing and swimming and a breakfast of beans and squirrel.
