In Bloomfield Greene circuit court today a damages suit against Norman R. Dunlap of Terre Haute was settled for 300 dollars, linked to a January Bicknell accident injuring Young Haywood. Oaktown Man Dies After Train Collides With Truck
Harley C. Dillen 63 of Oaktown a shoe shop proprietor and Post Office contractor was killed when his pickup was struck by a southbound C I train at a downtown Oaktown street corner. Sheriff Thomas investigated the fatal crash and Dillen is survived by a widow a daughter two sons a half brother and five grandchildren. The body was taken to Schulze Funeral Home in Carlisle.
