Senate approves partial daylight time for Indiana split zones
The Senate passed a bill to allow Indiana to place only part of the state on daylight saving time. The measure, backed by Hartke and Bayh, follows a unanimous consent agreement after Sen. Cotton's objection. If House action mirrors the Senate, Indiana would observe daylight time regionally rather than state wide.
