Youth Is Drowned Near Shelburn
Samuel T. Self, 18, of Danville Indiana, drowned at Shell Pond three miles east of Shelburn on Sunday afternoon. He was swimming with Robert Yadon and two companions when the body was recovered from 15 feet of water after about two hours of search by state troopers and sheriff's deputies. Washington June 14 The house rules committee approved the 19 through 25 draft bill clearing the way for passage this session. The panel voted 6 to 4 despite opposition among its members and the party leadership pushed for full house voting on the measure.
