The Linton post office received the five cent Army and Navy stamps this morning. Post master Charles Wolford said 5,000 of each stamp are on hand and no shortage is expected soon. The Army stamp features West Point and the Navy stamp shows two Naval cadets.

Perch Stocking Underway At Indiana Hatcheries
Millions of perch will be stocked in Indiana lakes and streams after propagation began at Tri-Lakes and Wawasee hatcheries.
