Survived by husband Joseph Goodman two sons Welker of Dugger and Huddie of Linton two brothers James H. and Ora Stevens and six grandchildren. Funeral at Burris Chapel Church Friday 10 30 AM with Newkirk's Funeral Home Pleasantville in charge.

Washington Ind Dec 22 Ted Comer Wheatland appeared voluntarily to supply bond of 1000 on a grand jury indictment of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Chicago truck driver William Kennedy on highway 50 west of Washington. Kennedy died from injuries after Comer’s car struck his stalled truck near the Maysville church Sunday evening. Comer and R E Cox of Wheatland were held briefly then released. Six of seven indictments have voluntary appearances. other bonds posted for Ernest Smith Carl Seneff and Geo E Seneff on related charges. A warrant for the seventh indictment has been issued.
