Notre Dame awards honorary degree to President Roosevelt

Notre Dame University conferred an honorary Doctor of Laws on President Franklin D Roosevelt in a convocation held in the gymnasium. Cardinal Mundelein presided with John F O Hara and Carlos Romulo among the attendees as the event marked Catholic action in the Philippines.
