Owensville Indiana April 8 charged Fred Jones 22 with breaking up his home Russell Linxwiler 50 tied Jones to a hay baling machine north of the city and beat him with a blacksnake whip. Linxwiler arrested by Owensville marshal Joe Glazier and jailed. He faces assault and battery and carrying a concealed weapon charges and will appear before Justice Clark Friday. Linxwiler had procured a gun and rope at a local hardware store earlier that day amid domestic troubles with his wife over Jones's attention to the couple's young woman.
