City Public Works officials say the downtown O Street street work due July 15 is now expected to finish around August 1 after a prank altered a sign at the 11th and 6th Street intersection showing an 1980 date.
Lincoln board reviews a 1977 78 budget with virtually unchanged staffing and enrollment estimates.
