Slain florist adored by College View neighbors in tragedy
Eugene Fields, 30, owner of Fields Floral and Gift at 3907 So 48th, was killed Thursday afternoon during an alleged robbery at his shop near Union College. Lee Otis Marshall, 20, was arrested after surrendering. police recovered the surveyor stake used in the attack and an autopsy was planned.
