Grace Kelly Mannon 87 of 1517 W Elm died at 7 today after an extended illness. Born January 21, 1880 in Lima she was daughter of Herbert and Jennie Watkins Kelly. Survived by son Lou W of 1519 W Elm brother Robert Kelly El Paso sisters Mrs Chester Dill and Mrs Elzie Hyde Largo Florida two grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She belonged to Trinity Methodist Church Pythian Sisters Past Chiefs Association Eastern Star and Shawnee Grange. Seven Cross Channel on Bedstead Rescue Returns
Six men and a girl who crossed the English Channel on a brass bedstead were brought home to Dover aboard the escort boat that had watched over them on their voyage to France. After towline failure near Calais they abandoned their raft and attempted to sink the bedstead with a rifle fire, but the craft floated toward the Calais shore. The seven, Hatfield College of Technology students in Hertfordshire, reported warning authorities of potential shipping hazard.

Fire inspection orders repair or demolition for 1118 W Spring
Following a March 9 fire inspection Ben Cogen, owner of a dwelling at 1118 W Spring, has been ordered to repair or demolish the building. The dwelling was declared unsafe. Lime City Council was informed today by the Ohio State Liquor Control Board that a permit application filed by Lewis Cimdrillo for an establishment at W North St and Washington Ave is being processed. A complaint filed December 28, 1985 was not enough to deny the permit. Accenting to Gon must be filed and city officials did not like a formal second complaint.
