Ocie M Arnold 61 of Leipsic died at 2 30 am Thursday in Blanchard Valley Hospital after a 19 day illness. Born March 29 1894 she was the daughter of John and Lovina Myers. She married Marry Arnold in 1925 and survives. She leaves a daughter Jaunita Kelley of Marion two sons John of McComb Fred of Leipsic three sisters Clara Sear foss Rudolph Edna Durham Lebanon Oakley Sige mainsville one brother Horace Myers Toledo and 30 grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 pm Saturday at Purnell Funeral Home with burial in Sugar Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.

Arraignments in Allen County Court Postpone Several Sentences
Ten persons were arraigned in Allen County Common Pleas Court on various charges. Sim Akins pleaded guilty to cutting with intent to wound and sentencing was postponed for a sentence report. Multiple defendants, including Gary Kepler, Charles Waller, and others, entered not guilty pleas with trials set for March 14 to March 17. Arraignments extend into Monday, except William Reed’s which is postponed.

Terms include extra vacation after 5 10 and 20 years of service and a general wage increase of 10 cents per hour immediate with a deferred 10 cent rise on Feb 6 1967. The two year pact runs to Feb 16 1963.

Liquor Agencies Lose $88,398 in 1965 Burglaries
Columbus liquor stores and agencies suffered 88392.80 in losses from 36 burglaries two robberies and a fire during 1965 according to an audit by State Auditor Roger Cloud. The report shows 33 burglaries and one robbery at liquor stores while three agencies were burgled and a fourth agency robbed.
