A bank states its safe and conservative policy has built a surplus of money to loan for self liquidating farming projects. The notice invites local people to apply for funding and emphasizes secure loans. Signed by Cashier and Assistant Cashier and Directors.
The July event Rooster Day will offer a premium per pound for roosters brought in. A single pen and keeper will manage weigh ins and payout notes.
