Mrs Alfred Meinecke died Monday at 9 am at her home at Ninth and South streets after a week with heart trouble. Born July 21 1889 near Wellington, she was daughter of Mrs Winnie Barnes. She married January 1 1908 to Mr Meinecke and is survived by her husband, a six year old son, three brothers Dave George of this city and Howard of Levasy, two sisters Mrs William Long and Mrs Bammie Hoover of Lexington. Funeral held Tuesday at 3 pm from the home with Rev R N Allen conducting.
