Death of Charles Egre at Franklin Avenue Home
Charles Wyle Egle died at his Franklin avenue home Saturday night at 10 o'clock aged 49 after a rapid decline and a sudden pneumonia attack. He was unmarried and survived by two brothers August and Louis and sister Amelia. The death follows three family losses in the past year with the mother having died in December. Funeral services were held Monday at 3 pm at the German M E church conducted by Rev. Hohenwald and interment was in Machpelah cemetery.
