Mrs Emma Schultz Hedge died at her home on Monday March 2 from blood poisoning aged 32. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Methodist church officiated by Rev J O Given and Rev H A Hohenwald in English and German. She belonged to the German Methodist church and was a devout Christian. She had been married about a year and the couple’s new home was nearly ready for occupancy. her death is mourned by all who knew her.
