Mrs. Nancy Caroline McMullen Craven died Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Judge Zech W. Wright's home where she had lived for years. Born March 22, 1838 in Tennessee, she married David M. Craven January 11, 1854 in Missouri. She was a Christian and leaves seven children: J. T. Craven Fresno. Mrs. W. Wright Lexington. Mrs. Morris Barnes Lexington. Mrs. John H. Johnson Oak Grove. Matthew M. Lexington. Mrs. Loren Barnes Scotts Mills Oregon. Tilden Craven Lexington. Funeral held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Judge Wright's home conducted by Rev. Warren P. Clark.

Death of Mrs. Thomas Malter in Malta Bend
Mrs Elizabeth Malter wife of Thomas Malter died Thursday at 12 15 PM at her home three miles south of town from blood poisoning. Born in St Clair county Illinois she married December 12 1872. Ten children were born seven survive: George Malter Mrs Chas Schooley Mrs Chas Hivne Mrs Lon Renick Malta Bend Mrs Rosa Amor Misses Fsta and Delia Malter Lexington. She was a Presbyterian Church member. Funeral held Friday at three o'clock at home and burial in Malta Bend.

Attendants included John Aull and several friends from Charlottesville Cincinnati and Baltimore. After a small reception the couple departed for a wedding journey and will reside in Lexington Missouri.

James H Catron died in San Antonio Texas on Monday March 2 1914 at about ninety years of age. He was born on the Catron farm along the Dover road and was brother to Mrs Frances Emilies McFradin and uncle to Mrs Forest Shelby, heir of the city. Survived by his wife Medora Ewing and two sons and one daughter, all of Nebraska City Nebraska. Burial will be in Nebraska City.
