A police court verdict favored Louis Sylvester in the case against F R Howe. Ford Refund Plan: $15 Million to Ford Owners
Ford Automobile Company of Detroit announced a refund totaling about 15 million dollars to owners who bought Ford cars since August 1, 1914. If 300,000 machines are sold in the next year, each purchaser would receive from 40 to 80 dollars. The 300,000 unit mark was reached Friday afternoon. The company calls the refund a profit distribution policy.
