Tragic Train Fatality Near Lexington
Miss T J Whitley an oil resident of Lexington was killed by a west bound freight train near the River Bowle tracks of the Mo Pac as she gathered coal on the morning of the accident. The train struck her head killing instantly as the engineer could not stop in time. An inquest will be held.
