Grand Thursday night musical comedy From Pickletown drew a big crowd at Wentworth Military Academy. Senior Class and Lexing-Piffs presented a polished show with Miss Kittie Sue Penick and Miss Percy Aull delivering strong performances. The event filled the theatre to capacity and received enthusiastic praise. Separately, Miss Mary Louise Taylor married Lieut Burns of Camp Dodge at a family home in Des Moines with a large turnout of relatives and friends. The ceremony featured an American flag altar and a pink and green decor scheme and included pre ceremony music by Miss Aull and Mrs. Gratz. The couple will tour eastern states before settling in Des Moines.

William C Coss died Saturday at 10 10 p m in a sanitarium at Oklahoma City from tuberculosis. He was 45, survived by his sister Mrs Phillip Marshall and half sister Mrs Groves of Denver. The body was brought to Lexington Monday night and buried from the train.
