Virginia suits end in court but ride on Constitution fate
In Richmond federal court Judge Fuller and Judge Waddill heard John Wise and counsel challenge Virginia elections under the Underwood Constitution. Wise attacked Virginia leaders, while Anderson defended state sovereignty and argued the court lacks jurisdiction. Judges ordered dismissal for lack of jurisdiction, while noting rights for appeal to the Supreme Court.
