The Lewiston High School commencement occurs at the Opera House with five graduates led by Merl Kimbrough and Frances A. Yantis. Memorial Services in Lewiston Sunday Observances

Memorial day observances will be held in Lewiston with services at the Presbyterian church at eleven led by Rev. J A Pine. Decoration day exercises at the cemetery will include veterans’ graves, with local militia under Lieut Albert Chapman as escort and a firing squad. RB Hayes post and G A R members are urged to attend, with detailed orders issued for the 24th gathering and march.

Lewiston Sends Invincible Sluggers on Inland Tour

Manager Rust leaves for Inland Empire with the invincible sluggers. They will play at Palouse this afternoon, Garfield tomorrow, Moscow Sunday, returning Monday. Lineup mostly the same. Penny and Sigley at first and second, Kester and Brown to pitch, Howley catch. Captain Brown says the team is in fine condition with two new men on first and second.
