Runaway Buggy Crash Injures McMackins Near Bryant Place
Last Tuesday near the Bryant place north of town Mr and Mrs McMackin were thrown from a buggy when the neck yoke broke. The horses became unmanageable and the rig overturned after a man rushed up to hold them. Mrs McMackin sustained fractured ribs and other injuries while Mr McMackin had a severe hand laceration and was reported in great danger from gangrene.

Farmers Organize Equity Union at Lemmon Among Local Farmers
Friday afternoon last week nearly a hundred farmers gathered at Lemmon to form a Farmers Equity Union with over forty joining. Officers chosen were I. M. Neff president W Butte vice president Martin Hersrud treasurer. The group aims at education mutual protection and better relations while pursuing price control via regional warehouses and elevators.
