Death of D. E. Ellingson in Lehi

D. E. Ellingson, born and raised in Lehi, died after a period of illness. Funeral services were held at the family residence with a large crowd in attendance. Sudden Death Claims Mrs. Alvin Anderson

Mrs. Alvin Anderson died Friday afternoon after visiting Lehi from Vernon with her brother and sister. She had been unwell and hoped for a day or two of rest. Her husband was not present. he had been telegraphed and did not arrive before her death. Remains were taken to Vernon Saturday. She leaves three sons aged 10, 3, and an eldest child.

A large social gathering was held last night at J W Jones home for a surprise party for Mr and Mrs John R Jones. The Brain band led a procession to the residence and a program of songs speeches and gifts followed.
