Our valley enjoyed a Monday night symposium of travel as Mr and Mrs C F Rupel left Saturday for Chicago to visit their son Charles. Mr E D Shugart left Tuesday for Tacoma to spend a week or ten days. Mr M S Peters from Modesto California is here visiting his brother Marvin and Hiram plus relative Wenatchee. Peters and family lived here five years ago. Mr and Mrs Henry Koch Leavenworth shoppers Tuesday. Willie Burgess visiting his old home here for the next ten days returned to Bellinda Saturday. M A Peters made a business trip to Wenatchee last Saturday.
