About eighteen residents objected at a council meeting Tuesday night to Joe Fisch of Remsen proposing a funeral home at the Boylan house 527 Plymouth St. N. E. The sale had been announced but not recorded and opponents argued Le Mars does not need another funeral home. If approved Fisch plans extensive improvements. the council tabled the issue due to missing members.
