Duane York of Barneston Nebraska, driver for Soarecy Grain Co Lewiston, was fined by Justice D C Lenihan for out of state fuel purchases and misrepresenting the source. Stopped near Le Mars Iowa for a routine check, he admitted buying 40 gallons out of state. 70 gallons were in his tank. Fines totaled 100 dollars on two charges with 4 dollars court costs and 2.40 dollars tax on the out of state gas. York paid the fines and was released.
