Nipco plans mid summer start to clear brush and trees for the top 4-A transmission line running about 6 1/2 miles from Plymouth Cherokee to Ida County. Richard Orlando of Orlando Construction says crews begin unloading and site prep the week of July 26 with bed and tree removal to follow, then easements and construction along a path to Ida Grove.
