His mother Peggy Kay Bogh says he was injured August 3 1962 when entangled in a newly installed feed conveying auger on a farm. Defendants are John Harmelink doing business as Hawarden Cement Block and Silo Co Dick Bronkhorst and Bogh Bros a partnership. The complaint alleges negligent installation by failing to shield the unit and leaving the auger end exposed enabling entanglement.
