Tulsa City Commission to rule on $2000 jury claim
The Tulsa City Commission planned to approve a $2000 jury claim by Robert G. Swanson who said he was beaten by a police officer after arrest during a burglary probe on Aug 14. Officer Robert H. Patty, one of the arresting officers, has been dismissed.
