Paul Taliaferro Seeks State Senate Seat

Paul Taliaferro, 41, son of the late State Sen. Jim Taliaferro, announced his candidacy for the Dist. 31 senate seat. A Comanche County rancher and farmer, he would continue his father's 25 years of legislative service and currently holds local posts including president of the Central High School board of education and Comanche County cattlemen director. He previously ran for county commissioner in 1968.
