Washington sources say the Carter administration rejected a proposed 110 unit sale of A7 fighter planes to Pakistan. The decision follows a new arms control policy and concerns about upsetting regional balance and Pakistan’s air force sophistication.
A forecast shows partly cloudy skies and warm conditions through Friday with a low tonight in the mid 60s and a Friday high near 90.
