Forces Combined To Make Kitchen More Pleasant
Washington January 24 UP The home building industry sociologists and medical profession unite to design larger more convenient kitchens to ease chores and reduce fatigue. The effort aims to make kitchens a central, liveable space that sells homes, improves home life, and lowers health risks with better layouts and storage. The New York Heart Association, NAHB, Woman's Home Companion, and American Gas Association push drudgery proof designs and energy efficient gas use to better sell homes. Builders note wives want more space and a dining area while reducing steps in meal prep.
