Shoeshine Santa Delivers Grocery Baskets To 700 Needy Families
Ralph Jackson, 54, operates a February Charity Club from a shoeshine stand in Oklahoma City. He gives most profits to charity and distributes Christmas baskets to about 700 needy families, with a February birth requirement for recipients. He funds his work by paying himself and five employees a percentage of profits and using a trailer to expand outreach.
